What is Luxury Picnic
We handle the design and setup of luxury picnics for you so that you can simply arrive + enjoy. Our picnic spaces are ideal for unique dates, special occasions, birthdays, proposals, sweetheart tables, wedding photobooth backdrops, bachelorette parties, and more.
We do all the heavy lifting so you get to stumble upon the cozy dining space of your dreams-whether that’s at your favorite spot , on a cliff overlooking the sea, on the beach, or in your backyard.
We bring the gear, style your event, and do all the cleanup so all you have to do is relax.

The setup
We want your Picnic to be an experience! That’s why we’ve curated the tabletop decor to include flowers, candles and more.
Food and Drink
FOOD: Charcuterie Grazing Board with assorted meats, cheeses, olives, fruit, bread, dips and sweet.
DRINK: One bottle of wine or prosecco (every 2 person) + Soft drink.
Start to finish service

I booked a romantic picnic for mine and my husbands wedding anniversary. The process was very easy and smooth. We booked a luxury picnic as a surprise for my husband’s 34th birthday, and it was absolutely magical! From start to finish, everything was perfectly thought out and beautifully set up. The sunset backdrop made it extra special, and the host provided absolutely everything we could need; from mosquito repellent to fun games like Jenga. Even the little details were taken care of, like battery-operated candles for the perfect ambiance and a corkscrew with the wine. It truly felt like three hours of pure luxury and bliss. Frequently Asked Questions
How long can we enjoy our picnic for and what if we leave earlier?
Our picnics are a maximum of 3 hours (4 hours for custom parties). If you would like to extend by special request, you may do so for an hourly charge. If you would like to leave earlier than expected, please contact us 30 minutes prior to your departure via text or phone call. Until we arrive, you are responsible for all event décor.
When do we pay for the picnic?
A deposit of at least 50% of the total price must be made in advance to confirm the booking, either via Revolut or bank transfer. The remaining amount is due on the day of the service, payable by cash or Revolut. Please note that we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 48 hours prior for climate problem we will gladly issue you a refund. ( not valid on group with more that 6 guests) Please note that in any case for the packages: Romantic Picnic Cruise and Luxury Hotel Picnic the deposit is non refundable. Incase of cancellation 48 hours or less no refund will be issue, but you can absolutely use your deposit towards your rescheduled event.
Luxury Picnic Malta reserves the right to cancel the booking on reasonable grounds within any period leading up to the event. In the event this occurs, the customer deposit will be refunded.
Can we bring our own food?
You can definitely bring your own food. Please send us a message for know more about the price list of picnic without food.
Can I keep left over food, balloons and fresh flowers I ordered?
Of course! When you order any customized add ons, they are yours to keep and take home.
Damages
If any items are damaged or missing, the person booking the picnic will be responsible for the cost of the item(s).
